Organic Facials

A luxury facial treatment using purely organic products. Similar to any other facial treatment but using products with no nasty chemicals.

The treatment can be tailored to your own skin type during the consultation stage.

Most of the chemicals listed below are in every day products and here are a few reasons why they shouldn't be!

 

• Petro-chemicals - These strip natural oils from the skin causing chapping and premature ageing.

• Parabens. - These are food grade preservatives used to extend a products shelf life and inhibit microbial growth. Considered highly toxic and have been found in cancer tumours. These can cause rashes and other allergic reactions.

• Synthetic Perfumes. - Usually petroleum based. Can cause headaches, dizziness, rashes, respiratory problems, skin irritation and multiple chemical sensitivity.

• Harsh Chemicals
  Sodium Laurel Sulphate - This is a strong detergent found in shampoos, air conditioners, toothpastes, body washes, which can cause eye irritation, skin rashes and hair loss.

• Shea Butter and Bees wax - These are heavy and often drag on the skin, they can block the pores stopping vital oxygen reaching the cells.

None of the above chemicals are found in the products used in my facials.
