will need a completed booking form and pamper plan.

Whilst we
appreciate that this is a party we do advise that the consumption of alcohol is
kept to a minimum prior to treatments.
A deposit of £25
is required 7 days before the party, along with the completed forms.

It is the host's
responsibility to disclose any medical conditions of the guests that may be
contra indicated to therapies, namely if any of the guests suffer from any of the
